Welcome to Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
In order to access and use the services of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre, you must register as a member and agree to these Terms of Use ("Agreement").
If you wish to become a member and avail the services of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre, , please note the following:
Eligibility
To register as a member of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre and use its services, you must be of legal marriageable age or over as per the Indian laws.
By registering at wedlockmatrimonykolkata@gmail.com / wedlockmatrimonysiliguri@gmail.com / wedlockmatrimonyguwahati@gmail.com / wedlockmatrimonydurgapur@gmail.com you officially represent and undertake the following:
- Age Confirmation:You are of legal marriageable age.
- Capacity to Contract:You have the necessary right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement.
- Acceptance of Terms:You agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect for the entire duration while you use the services and/or remain a registered member of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
Termination by Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre
Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre reserves the right to terminate your services and/or your membership at any time and for any reason. Termination will take effect upon providing notice to you at the address provided in your bio-data form or any other address you subsequently provide to Wedlock Matrimony.
Consequences of Termination for Breach
If Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre terminates your membership because you have breached this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.
Survival of Terms
Even after this Agreement is terminated, certain provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect, specifically Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6.
Non-Commercial and Personal Use Only
The Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre service is intended solely for the personal use of individual members to seek a life partner for marriage.
Prohibitions
- The services are not to be used in connection with any commercial activities.
- Any organization, company, and/or business is not eligibleto become a member of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
- Organizations and businesses are not authorizedto use the Wedlock Matrimony services for any purpose.
Legal Action
Any illegal and/or unauthorized use of the services will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken. This may include, without limitation, pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress against the offending party and termination of their membership.
Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities
Prohibited Commercial Conduct
You agree that you will not engage in any advertising or solicitation of other members to buy or sell any services or products through the Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre service. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Transmitting any chain letters, junk email, or spam mail to others.
- Using information obtained from the service to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sellany service to any member without their prior explicit consent.
Prohibited Personal Conduct
It is a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Abuse and Misuse Protection
In order to protect Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre and its members from any abuse, misuse, and unauthorized use, Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre reserves the right to:
- Restrict the number of biodataswhich a member may receive from other members.
- Take any action Wedlock Matrimony deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
Proprietary Rights in the Content
Ownership
Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre service and its contents. The service contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information belonging to Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre and its licensors.
Restrictions on Use
Except for information that is in the public domain or for which you have been specifically given written permission by Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
Penalty for Breach
Any breach of this term shall entitle Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre to forthwith terminate your membership without any further liability or obligation to you.
Content Posted on the Database
Right to Delete Content
You understand and agree that Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre may delete any or all messages, photographs, or profiles (collectively referred to as "Content") that, in the sole judgment of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre:
- Violate these Terms of Use or the Service guidelines.
- Might be offensive or illegal.
- Might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre and/or its members.
- Are otherwise deemed unfit and necessary for removal by Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre (in its sole discretion).
No Obligation to Explain
Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre is not obliged to give any reason for such deletion of Content.
Service Commitment: Profile Provision
As part of your paid membership, Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre commits to providing the following minimum number of compatible profiles:
- Minimum Profile Count:The Centre will provide a minimum of two (2) profiles per calendar month.
- Frequency:This commitment translates to the provision of at least one (1) new profile every fifteen (15) days.
Profile Sharing Protocol Security and Communication
To ensure the security and privacy of member data, Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre adheres to the following strict profile sharing protocol:
- Prohibited Platforms:No profiles will be provided or shared over messaging services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other social media or social networking platform.
- Authorized Platform:All profiles will be shared exclusively over the valid email IDÂ provided by the member during the registration process.
Disclaimer and Non-Guarantee of Marriage
Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre explicitly does not guarantee a marriage or a successful match for any profile provided at any point of time.
- No Guarantee:We provide profiles based on compatibility criteria, but we offer no guarantee regarding the final matrimonial outcome.
- Family Discretion:The culmination of a match into a marriage strictly depends on the mutual agreement, satisfaction, and decision of both families and individuals involved in the alliance. Our service ends with the introduction of profiles.
Code of Conduct and Professional Behaviour
We request all members to behave professionally while interacting with any member or representative of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
- Required Conduct:Members must maintain courtesy, respect, and professional etiquette in all communications with our organization, including with our counsellors and staff.
- Consequence of Breach:Any display of unprofessional, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other members can immediately lead to service termination and cancellation of your membership without refund.
Profile Matching Standard
Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre strives to provide profiles that represent the best possible match based on the criteria provided by the member.
- Matching Standard:Profiles shared will represent the closest potential matches available in our database.
Disclaimer: We clarify that 100% compatibility matching is not always possible due to the complex and personal nature of matrimonial alliance requirements. We commit to sharing the most suitable profiles based on the information provided.
Consent for Promotional Use (Success Stories) Grant of Rights
By using the services of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre, and specifically by providing feedback or success story details, you acknowledge and consent that we may use your information for promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The use of your name, likeness, success story narrative, and any relevant photographs or videosof the candidate and family members.
- Use of this content on our social media platforms, website, and in any other digital or print marketing materials.
Condition of Participation
You understand and agree that providing your success story, photos, or videos to Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre implies your full and perpetual consent for the non-exclusive commercial use of such content by us, without any further compensation to you.
Requirement to Share Family Meeting Photographs
Obligation to Share
As a procedural requirement for using Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre services, candidates are required to share photographs taken during the family meeting which the Centre has arranged.
Purpose
These photographs serve as confirmation of the meeting and are used by Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre strictly for our internal record-keeping and service tracking purposes.
Submission
The candidates must submit these photographs to the Centre via [Specify the method, e.g., the valid email ID or directly to the assigned counsellor]Â in a timely manner following the meeting.
Service Hold Facility
Applicability
The Service Hold Facility (the ability to pause your membership period) is only applicable for members who have subscribed to the Assisted Package and all subsequent higher-tier membership packages.
Exclusions
This facility is not available for introductory or basic membership packages [You may want to specify which package names, if applicable, are excluded].
Terms of Hold
The specific terms, duration, and conditions for activating the Service Hold Facility will be detailed separately at the time of subscription or request, and must be approved by the management of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
Mandatory Submission of Documentation
Mandatory Requirement
The submission of certain Government-issued documents is mandatory for all members to verify identity, address, age, and financial status.
Required Documents
The following proofs must be submitted during the registration process:
- Government ID:Preferably Voter ID.
- Address Proof
- Age Proof
- Income Proof
Purpose and Verification
These documents are required for the purpose of maintaining a secure and trustworthy database. Failure to provide the mandatory documentation may result in the delay or rejection of the membership application at the sole discretion of Milan Wedlock Matrimony Centre.
